Over the course of eight weeks Kelly and King, Khyber curatorial residents for 2002, will broadcast along a pirate radio signal the work of a variety of audio artists.

The live broadcasts will be uploaded to the Internet as a counterpoint to the here-and-now quality of the live broadcasts. The Khyber website will serve as a host to the audio works as well as a forum for responses and discussions surrounding audio work.
